Transfers
Transfer calls directly to other team members directly from the SwitchSmith app.
Benefit
If a team member is better placed to handle a specific topic, you can transfer any current customer call directly to them.
How To Use It
- During a call to your mobile, go to the Calls screen
- The call you are currently is green
- Press the arrow
- Choose the team member you want to transfer the call
- Confirm the transfer
- The call will turn yellow
- The team member will be notified to accept the call
