Return Calls
Return unhandled calls directly from the app using your public facing numbers as the caller id.
Benefit
Whilst reviewing the list of unhandled customer calls to your business, you can choose to return any call with one click. You ring customers directly using your regular mobile SIM and keep your own mobile number private. The SwitchSmith app dials your dedicated public number, and then SwitchSmith redirects this call to the target number. When the customer phone rings, they see your public facing number, which is the number they originally called.
How To Use It
- In the app, go to Tools / Unhandled Calls
- Review the unhandled calls list and choose a call to return
- Press the green dial icon
- On iOS confirm that you want your phone to dial your public number
- Your phone will ring using the regular phone app
- When the customer answers the call, you start talking to them directly
