Switching Off
Ring groups not currently in active use can be switched off all together.
Benefit
Inactivate ring groups for a period of time without having to delete the group. The group number, configuration and call history remain preserved whilst the group is on ice.
How To Use It
- Go to Tools / Ring Groups
- Choose a group
- Press Caller Experience
- Press Suspended Announcement
- If SwitchSmith does not already havve microphone permissions, please grant them now
- Press record
- Speak your announcment
- Press Upload
- Press Activate
- Press Back
- Toggle Active Status to the off position
