SwitchSmith routes calls to ring groups that are configured for each team's requirements. Differentiated call handling logic is acheived by assigning different numbers to different groups. A sales number can have different announcements and opening times from a support number.

How To Use It

  • Go to Tools / Ring Groups
  • Choose a group to view
  • The group detail page shows details about participants, opening times and caller experience
