This functionality is similar in flow to push notifications and the live switch screen. The difference is with call confirmations, your phone will be called and a regular audio call is established. Even though you accept the call, SwitchSmith will wait for you to confirm the connection to the calling customer. This allows you to screen calls as an alternative to the live switch functionality in the app.

How To Use It

• In the app, go to the Status screen
• Choose any group you belong to and change the new call alert method to Ring Mobile With Confirm
• Any calls to your group will call your mobile and the caller's number will be announced to you
• Only after actively confirm the call by pressing 1 do you get connected to the caller
