This features allows you to make yourself temporarily unavailable to receive any customer calls. All calls will route to other ring group members and will not disturb you.

How To Use It

• Go to the Status screen
• Press Available or Do Not Disturb
• Choose whether you want to be available from this point forward
• This state is maintained until the end of the day at which point your status resets to Available
