Auto attendants are also known as interactive voice response, or IVR for short. Auto attendants present a single number to callers, who, by choosing different options, will be be routed to different ring groups.

How To Use It

  • Go to Tools / Ring Groups / Groups
  • Create a new group
  • Press Auto Attendant
  • Choose a number from your account
  • Name the group and add participants
  • Press Target Groups
  • Choose groups to form the interactive menu
  • Re-order the list of groups according to the number to be entered by calling customers
  • Press Record Greeting to create a custom announcement that each caller will hear
