Call activity to all of your ring groups is displayed in the live calls screen in real time.
Benefit
You can see who is calling and choose which call you want to answer first.
How To Use It
- Go to the Calls screen
- Choose an unanswered call (this will be blue)
- Press the phone
- After 3 to 5 seconds you phone will ring
- Accept the call and you are talking with the customer
- The call will go green in the live calls screen
