There is now a setting in the app so that you can switch seamlessly between the three different ways of handling a call.
With this feature, when you are in the office, you can have your ring groups target your desk phone. And with the flick of a switch, when you leave the office, you can have calls either turn into push notifications, or if you prefer, inbound customer calls can connect directly to your mobile phone.
The handling of calls via by mobile or deskphone is completely equivalent - the customer call is answered by whoever chooses to take a call first, be it by push notification, on your mobile or via a desktop phone.
