SwitchSmith version 1.4.6 for iOS and Android introduces the ability to define alternative groups who will be hunted if a call remains unanswered for a period of time.
The primary usage of alternative groups is to forward unanswered calls to a secondary group, before the caller hangs up. This is very useful for providing second line support when members of a primary group are unable to answer a customer call.
You can choose any other group to serve as alternative for a given group. Alternative groups are specified on a per group basis, so that you can be quite flexible when defining unanswered call escalations.
